About Us

Classical Yoga with Dr. Susan Craig

Dr. Susan Craig is a student of Yoga Master Sri Dharma Mittra and is a Certified 200 hour Dharma Yoga Instructor. She has a BA in Physical Education and a Teaching Credential in Physical Education and Physiology from U.C. Berkeley, an MA and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Mary's College, and is a Certified Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.

Yoga for Everybody

Personalized small-group yoga classes offer a safe and welcoming space for all participants, regardless of experience and ability level. All classes include meditation, mindful breathing, and a variety of physical poses for strength, flexibility, and balance. 

Ahimsa and Veganism

The first yama, or ethical rule, of yoga is ahimsa, which is defined as non-violence in thought, word and deed. Veganism is not merely a matter of diet or lifestyle, it is a moral baseline for living. It is a rejection of exploitation and violence towards all sentient beings, human and non-human alike. The most important thing that you can do is go vegan.

90 minute class - $15 per class for monthly series, $17 drop-in
